HomesB uyer is an online real estate marketplace that connects property buyers and renters with property owners and brokers across India.
We are a technology platform and do not act as a real estate agent, broker, or legal advisor. All transactions are directly between buyers/renters and sellers/owners.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Property Listings
Property owners and brokers may post listings subject to our guidelines. All listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
HomesB uyer reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing. Listers must comply with all applicable RERA regulations and local laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) post false or fraudulent listings; (b) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) scrape or harvest data without permission; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with the Platform security or functionality.
6. Fees and Payments
Basic property search and enquiry features are free for buyers and renters. Premium features for brokers and owners may be subject to fees, which will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Fees once paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of HomesB uyer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any property listing or information on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomesB uyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
